2. Information you send us
If you email us, apply to work with us, or submit a contact form, we receive the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, organisation, message, résumé, portfolio, and any other material you choose to send.
4. Cookies and browser storage
- Your analytics choice is saved in your browser’s local storage (
glyiq_analytics_consent) so we remember your preference across pages and do not repeatedly prompt you. - Google Analytics (GA4) sets first-party cookies (
_ga,_ga_*) to distinguish unique visitors and measure research reading depth, only after you affirmatively allow analytics. - Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse, DDOS attacks, and automated traffic.
We do not use advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Security and technical data
Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request metadata, device information, and security signals to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures. The site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure and may use Cloudflare Turnstile on forms. Sentry receives technical error and performance reports. These include recorded page activity only when you have allowed it, as described in section 3.
6. How we use information, and why

- to operate, secure, and fix the website, based on our legitimate interest in running a safe and reliable service;
- to understand how the site is used, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time; and
- to comply with law and protect our rights.
7. Service providers
We share information only as needed with providers that help us run the site and communicate, including Cloudflare, Google LLC (Google Analytics 4), and Resend. They process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell personal information.
8. Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including communication, security, record-keeping, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and service involved.
9. Your rights and choices
You may decline or withdraw optional analytics at any time. Under applicable privacy regulations, you also have the right to access information about your personal data, request correction or erasure, nominate another individual in the event of death or incapacity, and seek redressal for grievances.
To make a request or raise a grievance, email privacy@glyiq.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain directly to the Data Protection Board of India (DPBI) or, in the EU or UK, your local supervisory authority.
