**We are societal delinquents.**

Not because we break laws, but because we break expectations. We're a small team of high-agency people who were told we were too young, too different, too impatient. We ignored that.

We chase numbers, not money. The number that matters is lives impacted. Revenue is a side effect. Impact is the point.

We collaborate because information hoarding is cowardice. If one of us has an idea, all of us build it. What's the point of knowledge that dies with you? Everything we learn is shared. Everything we build is collective.

We explore, we stay curious, we build. Most of us have side projects—research, code, art, weird experiments. That's not a distraction. That's the culture. Curiosity is the job.

We're chasing an end that may never come. We know the odds. We know the risks. We keep going anyway, because the mere thought of improving lives is enough to get us up in the morning.

And we're committed. Work is fun, but it's also work. We balance joy and productivity. We take breaks seriously. We celebrate wins. We fix what's broken. We don't do performative busyness.

We are GlyIQ Infrastructure. We are building the infrastructure for the agentic era, and we intend to get the foundations right.
